Congratulations on your beautiful, new puppy! In this course we will walk you through everything you need to know to get off on the right foot with your brand new fur baby! We will introduce all the basic cues and go over everything from potty training to which treats we recommend! We will have a few field trips to work on our socialization skills and begin laying the groundwork for preventing leash pulling! This is a perfect class for new dog owners as well as seasoned veterans! Puppies should be fully vaccinated and between the ages of 12 weeks- 6 months to take this course. Whew! You made it through puppyhood, but now you’re in T-REX ZONE!!!! The teenaged years are a new kind of challenging as those wild puppy days, except now thier teeth and paws are much bigger and sharper! This is the perfect course for dogs that are between 6 months - 2 years. We will review the basics that they learned in Puppy Pre-School and then go to the next level! We will continue talking about brain games, daily exercise needs, socialization, common behavioral issues, dietary tips and everything we can do to prevent frustration and set our pups up for success as they quickly develop into Adulthood! YOU MADE IT!!! You have graduated from Puppy Pre-School and Tweenaged Wasteland (Adult Obedience Level 1) !!! Congratulations! Now it’s time to really perfect those skills and start thinking about taking the AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification! We will use class time to continue mastering our socialization and obedience skills and move onto some more advanced tricks and commands! This class runs for 8 weeks and costs $250. If you are new to dog ownership or having struggles that might require a little more focused attention than you would receive in a group class, maybe private lessons would be best for you?

All private lessons begin with a one-hour in-home consultation where we will address any and all concerns you are having with you dog(s) and create a custom plan for you. The cost of the consultation is $150.

Any follow-up lessons will be $100/hour.

All dogs must be fully up to date on their vaccines to take private lessons!

If you are like most families, with wildly busy schedules, it can be extremely hard to make sure your pup is getting enough exercise and enrichment during your busy work week which always leads to behavior problems and stress. I would LOVE to help out by dropping by and having a 30-60 minute playdate with your pup! A playdate can include a walk, training session, lunch... whatever you and your dog would like!
